Scout is a professional 2G/3G/4G/5G NSA & SA mobile network scanning device developed in Poland.
It lets you effectively detect identities of BTS Stations – based on that, the investigator can request CDR’s (Call Data Records) from the mobile network operators and identify what mobile devices have been in the vicinity.
